Citadel Boat Center Redevelopment

Scope of Services:

  • Demolish old structures
  • 222 LF of new timber bulkhead
  • New 12' wide x 102' long concrete boat ramp
  • Approximately 500 tons of shoreline riprap revetment
  • Supply and install new floating dock facility including water and power utility

 

This project is redeveloping the Citadel’s Boating Center. Shoreline improvements will be performed that involve refurbishing roughly 290 LF of riprap revetment and 222 LF of existing timber bulkhead removed and replaced. The existing timber fixed dock will be removed and replaced with a new floating dock facility that will be ADA compliant. The new floating docks will be aluminum framed with IPE decking and guided with 14” x ½” coated steel pipe pile. The existing concrete boat ramp will be removed and replaced with a 12’ wide and 10’ long concrete boat ramp. The facility will have new electric and water utilities serving the floating docks.
