In-house training and certification programs are available for crane operator certification, AWS D1.5 welding certification, and rigger/signalperson qualifications.
We are an NCCER mobile crane testing center and have grown and certified many of our current crane operators. Most of our welders started with us in the position of Welder Helper. We are proud to say that many have gone on to achieve their AWS D1.5 Bridge Welding Code certification, which has been pivotal in propelling their career.

Cape Romain Contractors matches 25% of employee contributions up to the first 5% of base pay.
Cape Romain Contractors pays employees per diem for work that is 60+ miles from the main office.
