Project Description
The travel lift pier at Broad Creek Marina has been in disrepair for some time. The owner contracted Cape Romain Contractors to rehabilitate the pier under a maintenance and repair permit. The work consists of the installation of 76 new concrete piles, a new cast in place concrete two-way deck slab, and the removal and replacement 19 timber dolphins to protect the pier. Cape Romain’s work will be completed in conjunction with land based civil site work.
